Honeymoon Packing Made as Simple as Choosing Wedding Favors
You’ve planned your wedding down to the very last detail. Now you just want to focus on your honeymoon getaway and the chance to spend that time being newlyweds without a care in the world. Only problem is, you have to pack for this adventure. Whether you are a seasoned traveler or this is your first time venturing from home, there are a few tips that can help make this trip go smoothly. First things first, you want to remember to keep things as simple as possible. Don’t make this ordeal as difficult as choosing the best wedding favors.
Don’t worry about packing the kitchen sink for your travels. Minimize the effort you have to put into carrying your luggage from the car to the hotel or through the mile long terminals of an airport. Use a checklist to help you make sure you cover all the essentials from planning to packing. Cross off the items that don’t apply to your particular needs. Then, check the rest off as you get your bags loaded. On the day of your trip don’t forget to dress ready for your destinations climate. You won’t want to be wearing your snow suit when you land in Jamaica. If you are planning on flying you will want to keep in mind the Transportation Security Administrations regulations for various items. You may want to consider using your carry-on for storage of extra layers you may need to add or remove once you reach your final landing place. Once you’ve finished packing, do the twice over on your list and make sure you don’t forget anything you need.

• Will I have room for my souvenirs?
• Will all of these items pass airport security and the TSA’s regulations?

Is this a honeymoon-packing guide for someone who’s never been on holiday before? Or just someone who’s never had to undergo the ordeal of Putting Things Into a Bag? I’d like to add the following *essential* tips.
1. It is unlikely you will need a cheese-grater.
2. Don’t pack a gun.
3. If your things don’t fit in your bag then either the bag is too small, or you have too many things. Ask a friend to judge this for you, as you’re clearly too stupid to work it out yourself…
